金山滨海地区濒临杭州湾,是金山区政治、经济、文化中心,距离上海市中心约55公里,距离杭州约120公里,距离宁波约100公里。区位优势明显,发挥承接市区辐射和对接浙江的“两个扇面”作用,是打造“上海湾区”城市品牌的核心区。

Served as the political, economic and cultural center of Jinshan District, Jinshan Coastal Area is adjacent to Hangzhou Bay, about 55 kilometers away from Shanghai city center, 120 kilometers away from Hangzhou and 100 kilometers away from Ningbo. The area also functions as the core area for building the city brand of "Shanghai Bay", which is driven by urban downtown and connecting with Zhejiang taking advantage of its location.

上海金山滨海国际文化旅游度假区位于金山滨海地区南缘,与金山三岛隔海相望,坐拥10.4公里滨海城市生活岸线,是上海唯一具有自然的海、滩、岛、渔的区域。度假区规划面积约8.1平方公里,包含城市沙滩、金山卫站城市综合体、滨海新片区、金山嘴渔村等四大功能板块,目标打造世界著名旅游城市的新地标、成为中外游客领略都市滨海风光的目的地。项目已列入上海市“十四五”规划《纲要》、《上海市“十四五”时期深化世界著名旅游城市建设规划》等重要文件,建成后预计每年将吸引800-1000万旅游人口。

Shanghai International Seaside Resort sits on Jinshan Seaside Area's south coast, features a 10.4-kilometer long urban shoreline and is the only area in Shanghai with natural sea, beach, island and fishery. With a proposed area of 8.1 square kilometers, the resort aims to create a world-renowned recreational destination for domestic and international visitors, blending the allure of seaside view and a wide array of experiences, which includes Jinshan City Beach, Jinshanwei Station City Complex, Seaside New Area and Jinshan Fishing Village. This project has been listed in “The Outline of Shanghai 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025)” and “The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of World- famous Tourism City”policies, expected to attract 8-10 million tourists annually after completion.

建设规模Building Dimension

未来,将重点推进度假区核心区约3.7平方公里的开发建设,规划总建筑面积约243万平方米。其中,金山卫站城市综合体可开发用地面积约0.62平方公里,建筑面积约53万平方米,包括住宅、商业、酒店等;滨海新片区规划用地面积约3.07平方公里,建筑面积约190万平方米,包括商业、酒店、文化、会展等。

The construction for 3.7 square kilometers of the resort core area will be a promotion focus in the future, with a building gross area of 2.43 million square meters. The proposed plan of Jinshanwei Station City Complex depicts a mega-complex with developable area of 0.62 square kilometers and building gross area of 530,000 square meters, including real estate, commerce and hotels. Seaside New Area represents an entertainment resort complex with site area of 3.07 square kilometers and building gross area of 1.9 million square meters, including commerce, hotels and exhibitions.
