滨海新片区是度假区文旅功能的核心承载区,规划用地面积约3.07平方公里,建筑面积约190万平方米,包含魔幻星岛区、秘境海湾区两大主题片区。规划引入国际顶级的文旅休闲度假品牌,汇聚特色旅游业态,打造集“吃购游文娱住”全方位体验的复合型一站式娱乐综合体。区域以220米海洋主题度假酒店为地标,目标打造杭州湾北岸“过眼难忘”、“一生必去”的标志性建筑。项目用地面积约9.57公顷,建筑面积约33.5万平方米,功能业态主要包含酒店、海洋馆、度假屋、水上运动中心、室外沙滩、滨海商业街、码头等功能。项目邀请美国萨夫迪建筑事务所、美国亨泽尔设计公司、英国扎哈.哈迪德建筑事务所和中国上海建筑设计研究院有限公司4家国内外顶尖机构参与概念方案设计,由中国科学院院士郑时龄担任专家组组长主持完成项目专家评审工作项目概念设计。
Seaside New Area is the heart of Shanghai International Seaside Resort. The proposed site area is 3.07 square kilometers and building gross area is 1.9 million square meters, including Magic Star Area and Secret Bay Area. With the introduction of top international brands in the hospitality industry and various recreational businesses, the resort aims to create entertainment resort complex that allow for the enjoyment of dining, lodging, sightseeing, shopping, leisure and other activities. Furthermore, a trio of supertall skyscrapers upend the silhouette of Shanghai Bay and mark an unforgettable must-visit place. Seaside New Area provides hotels, aquariums, holiday rentals, water sports centres, outside beaches, coastal commercial strips, and piers with the land area of 9.57 hectares as well as the building gross area of 335,000 square meters. These conceptual plans are designed by Safdie Architecture, Hetzel Design, Zaha Hadid Architects and SIADR, reviewed by Shiling Zheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
魔幻星岛区位于滨海新片区亭卫南路以西区域,定位为文化娱乐功能聚集区。围绕中心花园活力核,布设海洋主题岛、冲浪冒险岛、音乐岛、MICE岛、爱情岛、星堡岛等酒店娱乐综合体。
Magic Star Island Area is located to the west of Tingwei South Road in Seaside New Area, which is defined as a cultural and entertainment gathering place, includes Ocean Themed Island, Surfing Adventure Island, Music Island, MICE Island, Love Island and Starburg Island around the central garden.

秘境海湾区位于滨海新片区亭卫南路以东区域,定位为慢生活体验休闲区,其中生态湿地总面积约400亩,以蜿蜒的栈道串联日出观景台、湿地植物园、湿地艺术走廊、滨海体育俱乐部等景观、体育与休闲设施,建设体验式的生态开放空间。
Secret Bay Area is located to the east of Tingwei South Road in Seaside New area, which is defined as the slow living zone with the ecological wetland area of 400 hectares. The sunrise viewing platform, wetland botanical garden, wetland art corridor, coastal sports club as well as other landscape, sport and leisure facilities are serially connected by the winding plank road to build an ecological open space.
金山卫站城市综合体可开发用地面积约0.62平方公里,建筑面积约53万平方米。项目规划集市域铁路交通枢纽、精品住宅、商业功能为一体,搭建由金山卫站直通大海的空中步行连廊,建设上海看得见海、可触及海的“滨海城市会客厅”。
The proposed plan of jinshanwei Station City Complex depicts amega-complex with developable area of 0.62 square kilometers andbuilding gross area of 530,000 square meters. The complex features arailway transportation hub, high-end residential condos, commercialproperties, and other amenities, all connected to the seafront via anelevated walkway. The complex also opens a “seaside city meetingroom”in Shanghai where the sea is seen and touchable.
